Overview

SailCompanion is a B2C/B2B platform serving the sailing community. As Co-Founder and CTO, I led all technical decisions and built the full software ecosystem from scratch.

What I Built

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter, delivering a seamless cross-platform user experience.
  • Web application built with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Next.js/React on the frontend.
  • CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions for automated builds and deployments.

Outcomes

  • Grew to 120+ B2C users and 15+ key B2B potential customers.
  • Full responsibility across engineering, product, marketing, sales, and finance.
